I’m trying to get #fit ! I’ve kick started my cardio routine with Blogilates on YouTube! Wow she’s a force! Incredibly perky with the right mix of quirky. My workout yesterday included day 6 of the #6PackChallenge and HIITilates: My Thighs are Dying! (by blogilates)
Today my thighs are DYING! I can barely walk, but it hurts in all the right places! ;) SO glad I did it! My goal is to do one of her intense workouts everyday alternating body zones.
